What this site is

hcubed.co is an informational site: it presents HCUBED services in Marketing, Software and Data Science, shows work we have done and lets you contact us. Its content is not a binding commercial offer: the scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract.

Acceptable use

You are free to browse the site and share its links. You may not:

• Use the site or the form for illegal purposes, to send spam or to impersonate someone else.
• Try to access the site systems without authorization, test their vulnerabilities without permission, overload them or interfere with how they work.
• Copy the site in bulk or by automated means to reuse its content.

If you find a security issue, please report it privately to contacto@hcubed.co before disclosing it.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, illustrations, animations, the HCUBED brand and its logo belong to HCUBED S.A.S. or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Quoting the site with a link is allowed.

Client work and brands

The brands, logos, screenshots, brand manuals and other client materials shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners. We show them to present work done by HCUBED; this does not mean those clients sponsor or endorse this site. Some projects are demonstrations that use fictitious or sample data, and we say so when that is the case. Links to client websites lead to pages they manage.

Content removal requests

If you own a brand, work or image shown on the site, or if information about you appears on it, and you believe it should not be published, email contacto@hcubed.co with the subject "Content removal" and include:

• The page address (URL) and a description of the content.
• Your name and your relationship to the content (owner, representative or person shown in it).
• The reason for your request and a way to reach you.

We reply within 5 business days. While we review a reasonable request, we may take the content down as a precaution. We prefer to resolve any concern directly and quickly.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party pages, such as client websites or social networks. We do not control their content or privacy policies and are not responsible for them.

Liability

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, HCUBED is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or for decisions made solely on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law or other mandatory rules.

Personal data

The processing of the data you send us is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before going to court, we will try to resolve any disagreement directly; if that is not possible, it will be settled by the competent courts of Colombia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
